This in the hoop design makes a card or ID holder with a snap tab, perfect for adding a keychain loop or clip. Will hold standard sized credit cards an ID. This design is meant to stitch onto non-fraying fabric, like felt, leather, or vinyl. The snap can either close on the pocket side, or on the back side. Instructions are included.
