This is an Applique design of a bow tie with suspenders, great for a baby onesie. Bow tie is positioned a bit lower than the top of the suspenders to accommodate for the neckline, but you can raise or lower the position of the bow tie if needed. 4x4 is best suited for a newborn or preemie size.
