Refund policy

Digital Files

All sales of digital files are final. These products are electronically delivered and, therefore, cannot be returned. To purchase our designs you must have a working knowledge of your operating system and crafting software. Prior to purchase, please make sure that your machine or software supports one of the included file types listed on the product description. 

If you encounter an issue with any of our digital files or are experiencing any difficulties with using the files, please contact us at  support@designedbygeeks.com for assistance. In some cases, you may also be able to find answers to common questions on our FAQ page.

Woven Fabric Products

We have a 14-day return policy for products from our woven fabric line, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn, and unused, with tags still attached. Returns and exchanges are non-transferable. We will accept cancellations for a full refund provided we are contacted before we have shipped the item.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@designedbygeeks.com. If there is a manufacturer defect, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Other Physical Merchandise

We will accept exchanges of misprinted, damaged, or defective products within 14 days of delivery/receipt. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, or for fit issues, and we are not able to offer exchanges. Please view the size chart tab on the product page before making your purchase to confirm the fit will be correct.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Shipping

Shipping is non-refundable. Return/exchange shipping is at the customer's expense. We may provide a return/exchange shipping label for merchandise if there is a manufacturer defect.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Returns must be approved prior to shipping the item back to us. If the return is due to a damage, defect, or misprint, you may be asked to provide a photo prior to approval of the return. If approved, once the item has been received and inspected, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
