This is an applique design of a tri-colored snow hat with flaps meant to be sewn on felt to use as a hair accessory.
Two variations for each size are included:
- Embroidery fill for the top of the hat
- White satin outlines on either side of the top - for those that want the felt color to be the color for the top of the hat

- Standard are approximately 1.67″ x 2″ (42.5 x 50.8 mm)
